Moe Sears (R), our General Manager, is a local real estate agent, starting here on Maui 4 years ago, working with Prudential Iwado Realty and Sugar Beach Resort. Also, Moe holds a MBA degree from Washburn University of Topeka, KS. We were fortunate enough to acquire him from Sugar Beach Resort, where he was managing 216 condos and 6 commercial properties. His experience in real estate, property management, and business makes him an extremely valuable asset to our company and brings a wealth of new and exciting ideas and practices to us.
